It is better to cook the cotyledons from the night before to cook more efficiently and bloat. When we soak, it is better to change the water of cotyledons several times. At this point, pour a glass of water onto the material. Then we grate tomato paste with a small amount of oil in a separate dish and add the stew to the pan. We increase the heat under the pot to make the water inside the pot boil.
We then mildly adjust the heat and place the lid on the pan so that the stew starts cooking slowly. Lime Omens are pierced with a fork and dropped in a glass of water to take some bitterness and not cause bitterness to the stomach.
