Ingredients | |
Moderate tomato | 4 quantities |
Butter | 1 tablespoon |
medium onion (Chipped) | 1 quantity |
Flour | 1 tablespoon |
Tomato paste | 1 tablespoon |
Meat sap | 1 cup |
Salt and black pepper | in enough quantity |
Fresh or dry basil | 1 teaspoon |
Fresh or dry parsley | 1 teaspoon |

Boil some water in a medium saucepan. Put tomatoes in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Deplete boiled water and let tomatoes cool. This will cause peeling tomato skins easily.After peeling their skins, chop them fine. Mix it by mixer to get puree and reserve it. Melt the butter on moderate heat. Fry the chipped onion in butter till get soft and golden.
Add flour and mix for 2 minutes. Then add tomato paste and mix for 1-2 minutes. Put tomato puree, meat sap and salt in saucepan and let them boil. When soup boiled, lowering the heat and let it for half an hour.
Finally add black pepper on soup and at serving time decorate with parsley and basil and serve hot.
